Account Restrictions

• Create multiple accounts for the same person
• Share your account credentials with others

• Use automated systems to submit responses (bots, scripts)
• Attempt to manipulate survey results or game the system
• Post or share illegal, harmful, threatening, or hateful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without our consent

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pollab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

By submitting content (survey responses, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services. Survey responses are used in anonymized, aggregated form only.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, social networks, etc.). Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Survey results represent the views of the general population

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pollab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
